Act Overview
The act overview page is designed to bring together the most essential pieces of data associated with an act, and present them in an overview table for a day.
This overview can be useful when making plans and allocating resources for a day.
For example, if the event has a selection of 'house' multicores which are intending to be shared between guest acts, then the overview page gives a convenient way to see and plan on how best to utilize the multicores available for that day.
It is also a useful place to have an overview to see where any essential information might be missing so that the user can see where they might have overlooked a detail.
Page Layout
The act overview page is made up of the following user interface elements:
- Day selection buttons
- Day Overview Table
Day selection buttons
Used to select the day to be viewed.
Day Overview Table
The table for the selected day.
Exporting Data
In addition to giving the Master Patch operator a convenient overview, The Act Overview page also benefits from being exportable.
Data exporting allows the user to get data back out of Master Patch in a format that could be useful outside the LUCA suite of applications.
Exporting of both CSV and PDF data are supported.
CSV's can be useful for importing into other platforms, while the PDF's allows an easy to read report which can be useful as a day sheet or for sharing more widely.
Publishing
The user can also Publish from the Act Overview page. The type of publish available from the Act Overview page is an event scoped publish.
